Better understanding of performance measurement and relationships between the key elements of drivers and result is a must for hotels aspiring to be and remain successful. This paper reports the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test relationships between drivers and results of performance. These elements (enablers and results) were identified through the critique of five landmark performance measurement models. Data gathered via a questionnaire survey were analyzed using SEM. The statistical results revealed significant positive relationships between the enablers and results of performance.en_US
