The present work is devoted to the problem of a steady two di- mensional hydromagnetic convective ow of a viscous, incompressible electrically conducting uid past an inclined semi-in nite plate in the presence of magnetic eld with heat and mass transfer (double di u- sion). The convective ow starts under the simultaneous action of the buoyancy forces caused by the variations in density due to tempera- ture and species concentration di erences. A scaling group of similarity transformations is applied to the partial di erential equations describ- ing the problem under consideration, into a boundary value problem of coupled ordinary di erential equations, which along with the boundary conditions are solved numerically by using shooting technique together with Runge-Kutta fourth order method and e ects of various parame- ters on the ow elds are investigated and presented graphically.en_US
