dc.description.abstractContinuous performance is the objective of any organization because only through this, can organizations grow and progress. Moreover, organizational performance is one of the most important constructs in management research. Knowing the determinants of organizational performance is important especially in the context of the current economic crises because it enables the identification of those factors that should be treated with an increased interest in order to improve the performance. Reviewing past studies reveals both unidimensional and multidimensional conceptualization of organizational performance. Further review reveals inadequate and mixed operationalization of the performance constructs both in practice and in research.
